Chemicals<\/span>) in securing conditional approval from the Competition Commission of India (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">CCI<\/span>) for Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited&#8217;s (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Torrent<\/span>) proposed acquisition of shareholding in J. B. Chemicals and the subsequent amalgamation of J.B. Chemicals with Torrent.
