On 18-10-2025, the President of India, in exercise of power under Article 222(1) of the Constitution and in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, confirmed the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan from Madhya Pradesh High Court to Allahabad High Court.<\/p>\n

On 14-10-2025, the Supreme Court Collegium<\/a>, led by CJI B.R. Gavai, modified its August proposal and recommended the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge to Allahabad High Court. The modification of recommendation for Justice Sreedharan’s transfer was taken after reconsideration was sought by the Government.<\/p>\n

Earlier, in August 2025<\/a>, the Collegium had recommended Justice Sreedharan’s transfer to Chhattisgarh High Court.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
