It conducts diverse academic initiatives, including webinars, conferences, workshops, courses, and publications, fostering scholarship in areas such as corporate governance, banking, company, securities, intellectual property, taxation, competition, and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<h3>About IBLD<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD)<\/span>, a specialized arm of CBLT, focuses exclusively on restructuring and insolvency laws.
