The Issue was undertaken by the Company in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The Issue opened on September 22, 2025, and closed on October 8, 2025. The allotment pursuant to the rights issue was completed on October 9, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Company is one of the leading entities in news broadcasting and digital journalism in India.
