(SAM) acted as legal counsel to Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited (“OSEPL”) in connection with its divestment of 100% equity stake in Rajiv — Chowk (Sohna) Highway Private Limited (which holds a hybrid annuity road asset awarded by the National Highways Authority of India) to Oriental InfraTrust (“Oriental InfraTrust”).<\/p>\n
