Through the Menstrual Leave Policy 2025, women employees across Karnataka will now receive one paid leave day every month &#8212; a step towards a more humane, understanding, and inclusive workplace.<\/span>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The policy grants one paid leave day per month for menstruation, amounting to a total of 12 days annually.<\/p>\n<h3>The policy is expected to benefit women employed across a broad spectrum of workplaces, such as:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Public sector institutions and administrative offices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Technology and business services firms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manufacturing units, including garment and textile industries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Large-scale corporate
