Through the Menstrual Leave Policy 2025, women employees across Karnataka will now receive one paid leave day every month &#8212; a step towards a more humane, understanding, and inclusive workplace.<\/span>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The policy grants one paid leave day per month for menstruation, amounting to a total of 12 days annually.<\/p>\n<h3>The policy is
