Ivalue Infosolutions Limited (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Company<\/span>&#8221;) undertook an initial public offer of 18,738,958 equity shares of face value of Rs.2 each for cash at a price of Rs. 299 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 5,602.95 million (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Offer<\/span>&#8221;), comprising an offer for sale by Sundara (Mauritius) Limited, an affiliate of private equity firm, Creador and other shareholders of the Company. We acted as the domestic legal counsel to the Company. The Company is an enterprise technology solutions specialist, offering comprehensive, purpose-built solutions for securing and managing digital applications and data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The book running lead managers of this deal were IIFL Capital Services Limited (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited<\/span>) and Motilal Oswal
