This event seeks to provide a platform for law students, researchers, and practitioners to express their perspectives through scholarly writing and interactive discussion.<\/p>\n<h3>Sub-themes of the Competition<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Norms and Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Strategy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Legal Frameworks for Startups and MSMEs: Fostering Innovation While Ensuring Regulatory Accountability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Cross-Border Mergers and Takeovers: Navigating Regulatory Complexities and Investor Protection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Insider Trading and Market Abuse: Contemporary Legal Framework and Enforcement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">Participants will also be free to write on any topic related to the main theme with appropriate justification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All students pursuing a bachelor&#8217;s degree in law, i.e. three-year LL.B.\/five-year LL.B. or a post-graduate course from any law school \/university \/college recognised by the Bar Council of India, are eligible to participate in the Competition.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission Guidelines<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Submission shall be made only in MS Word format (.doc\/.docx). PDF form shall not be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Formatting Guidelines:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#9675; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Font and Size of Main Text and Footnote<\/span>: Times New Roman, 12 Point for main text, and Times New Roman, 10 Point for footnotes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#9675; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Size and Alignment:<\/span> A4 Size with 1 Inch Margin; all text except headings should be justified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">&#9675; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Footnoting:<\/span> The participant has to adopt a uniform style of citation throughout the document.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
