Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising New Delhi Television Limited (“NDTV<\/span>“) on the acquisition of the ‘Goodtimes’ channel from Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Limited (“LMBL<\/span>“) (“Transaction<\/span>“).<\/p>\n

The GoodTimes channel operates in the broadcasting and programming sector with a focus on lifestyle-oriented content, including entertainment, fashion, food and travel. This acquisition will strengthen NDTV’s strategic positioning in the broadcasting industry, diversify and expand its operational capabilities and enhance long-term stakeholder value.<\/p>\n

The transaction is led by Jay Parikh<\/span>, Partner;<\/span> with support from Saranya Lal<\/span>, Senior Associate;<\/span> and Yashaanki Kora<\/span>, Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Digital+ team comprising Pooja Kapadia<\/span>, Partner;<\/span> and Diksha Arora<\/span>, Associate<\/span> is assisting on media and regulatory aspects of the transaction.<\/p>\n
