This event will offer valuable insights into the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism<\/span>, with a specific focus on the skills to resolve disputes through Mediation, an indispensable skill for aspiring legal professionals.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Club<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pro Bono Club established<\/span> at the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Faculty of Law<\/span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">University of Lucknow in 2023<\/span> works under the aegis of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India<\/span>. It aims to promote and facilitate Nyaya Bandhu (Pro Bono Club Scheme) Programme in India. It encourages lawyers, law firms, and law students to engage in pro bono work and contribute to the access to justice for marginalised and underprivileged sections of society.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Speaker<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Siddharth Shankar<\/span> Dubey is an accredited civil\/commercial arbitrator and an Advocate in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">High Court of Judiciature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow<\/span> since July 2017. Besides this, he has also been a registered advocate under the Alumni Nyaya Bandhu Panel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">With credentials such as recognition as a Counsel for the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Lucknow Municipal Corporation, Lucknow<\/span> and a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">State Law Officer<\/span> in the government of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Siddharth brings a wealth of experience to the session.<\/p>\n<p>Some highlights of his remarkable journey include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Standing Counsel at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">UPSC, Election Commission<\/span> since August 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Government Advocate at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO<\/span>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Founder Advisor of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Adhyayan Foundation for Policy and Research<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Active involvement as an <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Advisory Board Member<\/span> at <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Think India<\/span> from July 2017 &#8212; June 2019.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Mr. Siddharth&#8217;s prowess extends to be featured in<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> The Daily Guardian<\/span>, along with Justice (retd.)
