About the College:<\/span> Amity University Haryana (AUH), established under the Haryana Act No. 10 of 2010, is a proud member of the globally recognized Amity Education Group. Among its many institutions, Amity Law School stands out as a premier center of legal learning. Approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the school is committed to advancing excellence in legal education, professional training, and research. With a distinguished faculty, a rigorous curriculum, and an atmosphere that is both intellectually stimulating and professionally disciplined, ALS equips its students with the tools necessary to excel in the legal profession.<\/p>\n

The school emphasizes practical exposure through moot courts, internships, legal aid clinics, research, and collaborations with industry and academia. This approach fosters innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and global outlook while instilling ethical values and social responsibility in students, preparing them as competent legal professionals and responsible citizens.<\/p>\n

About the Event:<\/span> The 7th ALS Moot Court Competition 2025 will be held from 7th to 9th November 2025 at Amity University, Gurugram. This year’s competition is centered on the theme “Artificial Intelligence and Law”, exploring critical intersections of technology and legal frameworks. Conducted in offline mode, the event promises to be an engaging platform where law students from across India will demonstrate their advocacy skills and engage in intellectually rigorous debates on contemporary issues.<\/p>\n

Eligibility:<\/span> Open to students pursuing a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B.\/B.B.A. LL.B.\/B.Sc. LL.B. or a three-year LL.B. course at universities\/institutions recognized by the BCI and UGC.<\/p>\n

Only one team per institution is allowed.<\/p>\n

Team Composition:<\/span> Teams may consist of 2 or 3 members. For teams of 2: both will be Speakers, one as Researcher. For teams of 3: two Speakers and one Researcher.<\/p>\n

Registration:<\/span> Teams must register by filling in the Google Form https:\/\/linktr.ee\/ALSHMCC<\/a><\/p>\n

before 2nd October 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Registration Fee:<\/span> ₹6000 + 18% GST<\/span> (inclusive of food, accommodation, and transportation from\/to IGI Airport or nearest metro station).<\/p>\n
