The guidelines, issued by the Competent Authority, take immediate effect and apply to advocates, litigants, interns, law clerks, registry staff, media personnel, and all other stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 1%;\">According to the circular, the following directions have been laid down:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Complete ban on photography and videography<\/span> inside the High Security Zone of the Supreme Court, except for official use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Media personnel<\/span> may conduct interviews and live broadcasts only from the designated location &#8212; the lawn in the Low Security Zone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mobile phones cannot be used for photography or videography<\/span> in the lawn of the High Security Zone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment<\/span> are prohibited in the High Security Zone, except for official purposes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Disciplinary measures<\/span> have been prescribed for violators:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<p>Advocates, litigants, interns, and law clerks found violating the guidelines will face action by their respective Bar Associations or State Bar Councils.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Media personnel who breach the rules may have their access to the High Security Zone restricted for one month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Registry staff violating the norms will face serious action, while for other stakeholders, their respective departments will be asked to initiate disciplinary proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Security personnel have been empowered to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">disallow any individual from taking photographs or videos<\/span> inside the restricted zone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The move underscores the Supreme Court&#8217;s emphasis on maintaining decorum,
