On 9-9-2025, the Ministry of Law and Justice<\/span> officially announced the election of Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan<\/span> as the duly elected Vice-President of India<\/span>.<\/p>\n

This announcement was made in accordance with Section 12<\/a><\/span> of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled on 12-9-2025<\/span>, at Rashtrapati Bhavan<\/span>, where he will formally begin his term as the 15th<\/span> Vice-President of India<\/span>.<\/p>\n
