SASMOS is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and assembling interconnection systems for the aerospace and defence industry. As part of the transaction, the firm also advised on the internal restructuring of the Company&#8217;s global group including: (a) subsidiary rationalisation to acquire 100% of the shares of two subsidiaries of the Company; and (b) the buyback of equity shares from one of the pre-existing shareholders of the Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Nimrah Rasheed<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate;<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shivam Shekhar<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate;<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Prashastha Cormaty<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style:
