It introduces students to myriad aspects of IPR by organising academic endeavours which include conferences and also publishes the annual flagship NLIU IPR Law Journal.\u00a0\u00a0By organizing workshops, conferences, and publishing scholarly works, the cell aims to deepen understanding of\u00a0Intellectual Property Rights.<\/p>\n<h3>About NLIU<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">National Law Institute University, Bhopal, ranks among the oldest and most esteemed National Law Universities in India. NLIU has led in providing quality legal education and has cultivated a global alumni network that has excelled in traditional legal fields as well as in public administration, academia, and policy-making. NLIU promotes and incentivizes a culture of academic rigor. The university fosters research in advanced legal fields, consistently organizing interdisciplinary and industry-wide workshops, seminars, and training programs on topics of current legal significance. The Blog on Technology and Intellectual Property Law aims to serve as a forum for the expression of the authors&rsquo; views on various topics of IP law and technology.\u00a0They cover important developments in\u00a0IP\u00a0law, including detailed analysis of landmark judgments, legislative changes, and procedural updates.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We welcome contributions from students, researchers, practitioners, and academicians. Submissions should reflect strong legal reasoning, clarity of thought, and contemporary relevance to the field of\u00a0IP Law.<\/p>\n<h3>Submission Guidelines<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%; font-weight: bold;\">Please find the link to the Submission Guidelines\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/csipr.nliu.ac.in\/submission-guidelines\/\" target=\"_blank\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Word Limit<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Up to 1,500 words (excluding endnotes); flexibility at the discretion of the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>It is recommended that the title for each post must not exceed 20 words.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Authors are requested to provide 5 keywords encapsulating the essence of the post.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Formatting<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>File Format: Submissions must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Formatting:\u00a0Times New Roman, size 12 (main text), 1.5 spacing; footnotes size 10, single spacing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Citation: Considering the semi-formal nature of the blog, it shall be appreciated that referencing be done only through hyperlinks, wherever necessary. Authors are particularly encouraged to reference recent amendments and obscure laws. The authors may, however, choose to cite authorities (if and when it is absolutely necessary) using endnotes. In doing so, authors must follow the guidelines given in the Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities\u00a0(OSCOLA 4th Edition).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Plagiarism and Originality<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Submissions must be original and unpublished, and they should not be under consideration elsewhere. Submissions having plagiarism of more than 15% will be rejected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Any submission found to be plagiarised or otherwise contravening this rule will be summarily rejected.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Anonymity<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The manuscript must not contain any identifiable information about the author(s), including name(s), institution, address, or any other details indicating their identity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Co-authorship<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Copyright and Responsibility<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Submissions are accepted for publication on the condition that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights. Authors bear sole responsibility for any such violations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Editorial Discretion<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The editorial board reserves the right to suggest edits, including adding or removing content, at its discretion.
