About Organisation<\/h3>\n

Gautam Buddha University is a State university, established under the Uttar Pradesh Gautam Buddha University Act,2002 (U.P. Act No. (9) of 2002), recognized by UGC undersection 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC Act, 1956 and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The University envisions becoming a world-class center for excellence in education. The University has over 511 acres of lush green campus located at Greater Noida beside Yamuna Express.<\/p>\n

Established in 2011, the School of Law, Justice & Governance<\/span> envisions fostering the advancement of learning, teaching, and research in the fields of law, justice, and governance. The School aims to set a fine balance between theoretical knowledge with practical learning and the development of skills, and professional attitudes through clinical legal education.<\/p>\n

About the Competition<\/h3>\n

4th P.N. Mathur Memorial National Moot Court Competition is the 4th<\/span> iteration of the National Moot Court Competition organised by the School of Law, Justice & Governance, Gautam Buddha University. The event will be conducted on 8th & 9th November, 2025 physically in the Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n

The event aims to instill confidence and to provide a platform for students across India to showcase their advocacy and research skills by competing in a professional and challenging environment. The purpose of organizing this competition is to engage the ignited minds who are open to sharpening their advocacy skills.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

All students who are pursuing an Integrated 5-year LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. program from recognized Law Schools, Universities, and Institutions in India shall be eligible to participate. Each institution can be represented by only one team.<\/p>\n

Registration fees<\/h3>\n

All teams shall be required to make a payment of INR 3500 as the fee for registration to participate in the Competition. In addition to this, Accommodation will be available @INR 1000\/ per team\/per day, on request of the participating teams. In case observer\/s are accompanying the team they need to pay INR 500\/ per observer as registration fees along with INR 1000\/ per room\/ per day for observers.<\/p>\n
