On 27-8-2025, the President of India, in exercise of powers under Article 223<\/a> of the Constitution<\/a>, appointed Acting Chief Justices for Bombay High Court and Patna High Court.<\/p>\n

    Justice Shree Chandrashekhar as Acting Chief Justice of Bombay High Court<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Justice Pavankumar Bhimappa Bajanthri as Acting Chief Justice of Patna High Court.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The aforementioned Judges have been appointed to perform the duties of office of the Chief Justice of their respective High Courts as Justice Alok Aradhe, former Chief Justice of Bombay High Court and Justice Vipul M. Pancholi, former Chief Justice of Patna High Court, have been elevated as Supreme Court Judges<\/a> on 27-8-2025.<\/p>\n

    Additionally, Justice Shree Chandrashekhar’s name has been recommended by the Collegium<\/a> to take over as the next Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, which awaits confirmation from the President of India.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
