CAM acted as legal counsel to JSW Steel Limited (“Client”) in relation to the acquisition of entire shareholding of Saffron Resources Private Limited (“Saffron”). Saffron holds lands admeasuring about 887 acres in Dhenkanal District, Odisha (“Land”). The Land may be used by the Client for its future expansion projects.<\/p>\n

The transaction team was led by Rishiraj Bhatt, Partner and Hasan Molla, Partner, with support from Abhilasha Malpani, Principal Associate, Rohan Shah, Principal Associate (Designate), Shivom Sharma, Senior Associate, Sajith Anjickal, Associate, and Sanskruti Kulkarni, Associate.<\/p>\n

Rishiraj Bhatt, Partner and Vaibhav Suri, Partner with support from Manjul Mantri, Principal Associate, Rohan Shah, Principal Associate (Designate), Shivom Sharma, Senior Associate, Shrutika Salvi, Consultant, and Sachin Chandola, Consultant, advised on the title due diligence of the Land.<\/p>\n
