Established in 2015, the institution offers multiple programs in law including undergraduate courses like B.A. LL.B. (H) and B.B.A. LL.B. (H), postgraduate course (LL.M.) with different specializations, and Ph.D. research programs in law. The institution is well-equipped with modern infrastructure and is recognized for its focus on academic excellence, while also fostering a culture of holistic development for its students.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Opportunity<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Amity Law School National Moot Court Competition &#8211; Environment Chapter 2025 (ANMCC 2025) aims to offer its participants an opportunity to engage in rigorous discussion and present arguments on pressing issues concerning the environment, society, and law. The competition will provide a unique platform for meaningful deliberation on relevant topics in environmental jurisprudence, and demonstrating research and advocacy skills.<\/p>\n<h3>Theme<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The theme of the competition revolves around environmental jurisprudence and relevant legal principles.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Law students registered in a UG three-year\/ five-year programme at any BCI recognised\/approved institutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Only one team per institution is allowed to register for the competition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Registration Fee<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 2%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Preliminary Rounds (Online):<\/span> Rs. 4,000\/-<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 2%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Advanced Rounds (On Campus)<\/span>: Rs. 4,000\/- (only for qualifying teams)<\/p>\n<p
