The incident occurred after the student asked the cook for food. According to the media report, the same cook had been accused of a similar incident in the past and transferred to a different department due to a complaint against her.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The NHRC observed that if the contents of the report are true, raise a serious issue of human rights violation. Consequently, it issued notices to the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, calling for a detailed report within 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The report is expected to include the health status of the injured student.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">The NHRC has issued notices to the District
