Over four days, New Delhi will become a meeting ground for global arbitration leaders \u2014 from eminent jurists and senior practitioners to institutional heads, policymakers, and academics \u2014 for an exchange of ideas shaping the future of dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The inaugural conference will be graced by the Chief Justice of India, Mr. Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai, as Chief Guest, and a keynote address by Mr. Stephen Gageler AC, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia. There will also be a welcome address by Mr. Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Chief Justice, High Court of Delhi. Together, they will set the tone for a programme designed to spark high-level debate and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">With a thoughtfully curated programme, DAW 2025 will feature panel discussions and networking opportunities on cutting-edge themes, including \u2018Environmental Concerns in Investor-State Dispute Settlement\u2019, \u2018Arbitration 2.0: AI and Technology in Dispute Resolution\u2019, \u2018Anatomy of an Enforceable Award\u2019, \u2018Arbitration Amidst Global Challenges and Change\u2019 amongst many more such contemporary relevant topics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The conference will also mark expanded engagement with major arbitral institutions such as SIAC, LCIA, ICC, PCA, affirming DAW\u2019s place as a leading forum in the Global arbitration circuit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">From 15th to 17th September, 2025, a series of specialised training sessions, debates, and networking receptions will pave the way for the main event. Hosted by leading organisations and law firms \u2014 including the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, ACICA, HKIAC, YAAF, Fountain Court Chambers, AAA\u2014ICDR, Quadrant Chambers, Delos Dispute Resolution, International Bar Association, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas &amp; Co., Allen &amp; Gledhill, Trilegal, Secretariat and Arbitral Women \u2014 these sessions will cover topics from Cross-Examination Techniques to Safeguarding Arbitral Procedure Against Fraud and Financial Crime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The closing session on September 21 will feature a Keynote Address by Mr. Gary Born, Partner at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, on \u2018<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">International Arbitration: Past, Present, and Future.\u2019<\/span> It will also include a Presidential Address by Mr. Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon&#8217;ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Law and Justice, and a Valedictory Address by Justice Surya Kant, Judge of the Supreme Court of India on the topic \u2018<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Safeguarding Arbitral Independence and Integrity: Judicial Perspective<\/span>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p
