CAM acted as legal advisers to EXIM Bank in relation to financing of 14 renewable energy assets\u2014comprising 11 solar power projects and 3 compressed biogas (CBG) plants (located across India) of HPCL Renewable & Green Energy Limited (HPRGE)\u2014a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.<\/p>\n

This deal marks financial closure of Phase 1 of HPCL’s green energy initiative, which is currently focused on captive usage for HPCL’s group companies.<\/p>\n
