He has been advising multinational corporations and private equity clients on their investments, acquisitions, exits and related corporate governance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Abhishek has extensive experience in handling transactions across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and IT sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Welcoming him, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas <\/span>said, \u201cI am delighted to welcome Abhishek back to the Firm as a Partner.
