As India moves towards a new framework of evidence law under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), 2023<\/a><\/span>, the role of technology in the legal process has become more crucial than ever. While the legislation lays the foundation, the dynamic and complex nature of technology requires in-depth interpretation, practical tools, and structured protocols to fully implement the law in both letter and spirit.<\/p>\n

This edited book aims to provide practical insights, real case scenarios, and suggestive Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) Guidelines that can support law enforcement officers, forensic experts, and the judiciary in effectively applying the new law to the digital realities of crime and evidence.
