On 1-8-2025, the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (\u2018IEPFA\u2019)<\/span> is set to launch Integrated Portal<\/span> after completing its final phase of testing, a unified digital platform designed to streamline claim processes and enhance accessibility for both investors and companies.<\/p>\n

Key Features of Integrated Portal:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. This portal will integrate key stakeholders, including depositories and Public Financial Management System, to provide a seamless and efficient experience.<\/li>\n
  2. Public notices have been published on the official website of IEPFA to ensure the accuracy of data submitted by companies and enable smooth claim processing.<\/li>\n
  3. The notices advise companies that have not yet uploaded their IEPF-1\/7 SRNs along with the prescribed Excel template to complete the process at the earliest.\n

    For an uninterrupted claiming process, timely compliance will be necessary.<\/li>\n

  4. IEPFA is also undertaking a comprehensive review of documentation<\/span> requirements for low claims aiming to introduce a simplified and faster claim settlement approach.<\/li>\n
  5. \n

    IEPFA is also launching an Integrated Call Center<\/span>, to strengthen its grievance redressal system, that will offer more efficient, responsive, and stakeholder-friendly communication.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What is IEPFA:<\/h3>\n

    It is an Authority functioning under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs<\/span>.<\/p>\n

    It aims<\/span> to safeguard investor interests by facilitating the return of unclaimed shares and dividends and advancing financial literacy nationwide.<\/p>\n

    It empowers individuals to make informed financial choices and fosters a financially aware citizenry.
