CAM advised Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (\u201cthe \u201cCompany<\/span>\u201d) as their domestic legal counsel, on its initial public offering of 84,429,103 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (\u201cEquity Share<\/span>\u201d) of the Company aggregating to Rs. 7,596.00 million (the \u201cIssue\u201d). The Company is an owner and developer of hotels in key cities in India, primarily across South India, with such hotels being operated by global marquee hospitality companies.<\/p>\n

The Issue opened on July 24, 2025 and closed on July 28, 2025. The Equity Shares were listed on the stock exchanges on July 31, 2025. The book running lead managers to the Issue were JM Financial Limited and ICICI Securities Limited.<\/p>\n
