Anthem is an innovation-driven and technology-focused contract research, development and manufacturing organization, with fully integrated operations spanning across drug discovery, development and manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">It was a pure offer for sale of equity shares by certain existing shareholders, aggregating to \u20b9 33,950 million. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on July 21, 2025.
