The conference invites scholars, legal practitioners, researchers, and policy experts to engage in a rigorous academic dialogue on emerging legal paradigms in the fields of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">corporate law, financial regulation, arbitration, and taxation<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Organized under the leadership of HNLU\u2019s three academic Centres of Excellence\u2014<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Centre for Securities Law (CSL), Centre for Domestic and International Taxation (CDIT), and Centre for Commercial Arbitration (CCA)<\/span>\u2014ICSAT-2025 aims to foster interdisciplinary conversations that reflect the rapidly evolving legal landscape of global finance and governance.
