Initial offer by TVS Infrastructure Trust (the \u201cTrust\u201d) of 13,00,00,000 Units through a private placement at a price of INR 100.00 per Unit (the \u201cOffer Price\u201d), aggregating to INR 1,30,000.00 lakhs (the \u201cOffer\u201d).<\/p>\n

The Offer comprises a fresh issue of 10,50,00,000 Units, aggregating to INR 1,05,000.00 lakhs by the Trust (the \u201cFresh Issue\u201d) and an offer for sale of 2,50,00,000 Units aggregating to INR 25,000.00 lakhs by the Selling Unitholder (the \u201cOffer for Sale\u201d).<\/p>\n
