Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys (LKS) advised and acted for the Brenntag group (\u201cBrenntag\u201d) in the sale of 100% of Raj Petro Specialities Private Limited (\u201cRaj Petro\u201d) to Shell group.<\/p>\n

A full-suit of legal services was provided by Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys team, comprising chiefly of Srabonee Roy (Partner), Hima Swetha (Associate) and Annanya Elhence (Associate) from the M&A and Corporate team, and Neelambera Sandeepan (Partner) and Charms Matthew (Associate) from the Competition & Antitrust team.<\/p>\n

The firm played a key role in providing end-to-end legal advisory to Brenntag Group for the above transaction, including drafting, negotiations, execution of transaction documents, and deal closing.
