Mavnu is an Indian joint venture between Mavco and Avenue Capital Group (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Avenue<\/span>). Avenue is a global investment fund.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">CAM also assisted Mavco and Avenue in relation to obtaining the CCI\u2019s approval for the transaction under the green channel route.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction closed in April, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was concluded under the guidance of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">L. Viswanathan<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Partner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The financing was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pranav Sharma<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Garima Shahani<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Aditi Bagri<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Director &#8211; Banking &amp; Finance<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Prerna Sachdeva<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Associate<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Oshin Malpani<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hetav Dave<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The equity and joint venture aspects of the transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dhruv Singhal<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Aparna Menon<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Associate<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Shivangini Singh<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Bhavya Arya<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The CCI approval for the transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Vijay Pratap Singh Chauhan<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rajat Sharma<\/span>, <span
