business of owning and operating a 50 MW solar power plant at Chirwel, Khandwa, in the State of Madhya Pradesh, India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ramanuj Kumar<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner (Co-Head &#8211; Projects (Energy &amp; Energy Transition))<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Manasvini Raj<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with the support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sushmitha Ramkumar<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was signed on 31<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">st<\/span> May, 2025 and closed on 30<span style=\"font-style:
