Ambarish has advised on several multibillion-dollar transactions, including open offers and mergers involving listed companies, across sectors. Ambarish has also worked with the Government in shaping up various regulations. \u00a0He re-joins the Firm as an Equity Partner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Tanavi specialises in private and public mergers &amp; acquisitions and private equity investments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Tanavi has advised private equity investors, strategic foreign investors and Indian corporates, in their investments in companies across a variety of sectors such as technology, retail, pharma &amp; healthcare, restaurants, renewable energy, and manufacturing.
