Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) is pleased to welcome Ambarish and Tanavi Mohanty, who have rejoined the Firm as Partners, in the General Corporate Practice in Mumbai. Ambarish specialises in public and private mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments. Ambarish has advised on several multibillion-dollar transactions, including open offers and mergers involving listed companies, across sectors. Ambarish has also worked with the Government in shaping up various regulations. \u00a0He re-joins the Firm as an Equity Partner.<\/p>\n

Tanavi specialises in private and public mergers & acquisitions and private equity investments.<\/p>\n

Tanavi has advised private equity investors, strategic foreign investors and Indian corporates, in their investments in companies across a variety of sectors such as technology, retail, pharma & healthcare, restaurants, renewable energy, and manufacturing. She re-joins the Firm as a Partner.<\/p>\n
