(\u201c<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Generali<\/span>\u201d) and Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited (\u201c<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">FGILICL<\/span>\u201d);<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">b. shareholders agreement with Generali and Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (\u201c<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">FGIICL<\/span>\u201d);<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">c. trademark licensing agreement with Generali;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">d. corporate agency agreement with FGILICL; and<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">e. corporate agency agreement with FGIICL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">It is pertinent to note that CBI has acquired 25.18% (twenty five point one eight percent) in FGILICL and 24.91% (twenty four point nine one percent) in FGIICL, through the corporate insolvency resolution process of Future Enterprises Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Our scope of work involved advising CBI on their entry into the insurance sector as a \u201cpromoter\u201d, drafting, negotiating and finalising the terms of each of the aforesaid transaction documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Indranath Bishnu<\/span> (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner and Head &#8211; Insurance<\/span>) and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Pranjita Barman<\/span> (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>); with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Anirud Sudarsan R<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Principal Associate<\/span>; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Subhalaxmi Hota<\/span> (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>); and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Saakshi Tibrewal<\/span> (<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The transaction was signed on June 27,
