Chhattisgarh High Court:<\/span> In a circular dated 18-06-2025, the Court prohibited parties\/litigants from carrying mobile phones or electronic devices, even in switched-off mode, inside the courtrooms. Further, they were prohibited from recording any part of the Court Proceedings.<\/p>\n

As per the circular, non-compliance with these directions would invite appropriate action as per the Chhattisgarh High Court (Live Streaming of Court Proceedings) Rules, 2022. The Court further directed advocates and their clerks to ensure the strict adherence of litigants to these directions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
