It is an emergency response mechanism that provides legal aid services as well as psychological counselling to aggrieved persons.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ai-optimize-7\">About the helpdesk for those affected by Ahmedabad Plane Crash:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-8\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-9\">It is a fully functional 24&#215;7 Helpdesk which has been set up to provide continuous legal assistance and walk-in support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-10\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-11\">It is being manned by trained legal aid lawyers who are offering guidance on essential legal matters, including assistance with documentation, identity verification, and claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-12\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-13\">Qualified advocates have been deployed to offer direct legal counselling to the affected families. These advocates are providing real-time legal advice and helping individuals navigate the procedural aspects of loss and recovery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-14\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-15\">Recognizing the emotional and psychological trauma resulting from the tragedy, a dedicated <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">\u2018Trauma and Grievance Redressal Support\u2019<\/span> has been provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-16\">\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-17\">Psychological counseling is being provided through the Victimology Centre named <span style=\"font-weight: bold;
