population census<\/span> in 2027 with the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">reference date of 1-3-2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-7\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">On <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1-3-2027<\/span>, this exercise will start at 00:00 hours, except for the Union territory of Ladakh and snow-bound non-synchronous areas of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the States of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-8\" style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">For the Union territory of Ladakh and snow-bound non-synchronous areas of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the States of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, the census will start at 00.00 hours on <span style=\"font-weight:
