Pendse Chair in Environmental Law<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Due to an observable lack of legal academia dedicated to Environmental Law in India, the Justice M. L. Pendse Chair in Environmental Law aims to foster legal environmental education by promoting and undertaking research activities exclusively in the field, in collaboration with national and international stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h3>About the Upcoming Edited Book:<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>The Chair announces its edited book on \u2018Environmental Law, Policy, and Compliance\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>The top papers from this call will be published in the edited book (with an ISSN) by our publishing partners &#8211; Bharat Law House.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Prof (Dr.) Dilip Ukey (Vice-chancellor, MNLU Mumbai) and Ms. Shweta Bhuyan (Research Assistant and Ph.D. Scholar, MNLU Mumbai) are the editors of this book.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Themes<\/h3>\n<p>Any paper related to environmental law and relevant policy framework is acceptable.
