Supreme Court:<\/span> The Division Bench of CJI BR Gavai and AG Masih, J. reserved the judgment on the plea seeking stay on the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, after hearing lengthy submissions for three days.<\/p>\n

On 05-04-2025, the President gave assent to the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025 to amend the Waqf Act, 1995.<\/p>\n
