Miscellaneous Matters will be listed on every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, while Regular Hearing Matters, including urgent mentioned miscellaneous matters, will be listed on every Wednesday and Thursday during partial Court working days.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">2. However, the first week of Partial Court working days commencing from 26-05-2025 (Monday) to 30-05-2025 (Friday) shall be a Miscellaneous week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">3. All fresh matters verified from 20-05-2025 (Tuesday) to 23-05-2025 (Friday) will be listed w.e.f. 26-05-2025 (Monday) during the partial Court working days, subject to availability of slot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">4. Miscellaneous matters and Regular Hearing matters, in which any of the Advocates appearing in the case have not &#8220;declined&#8221; for listing, will be listed during the partial Court working days, subject to availability of slot, and the list of such cases are appended herewith as Annexures &#8216;A1&#8217; &amp; &#8216;A2&#8217; respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">5. All fresh matters which will be filed\/re-filed and verified during the partial Court working days will be listed during the partial Court working days, subject to availability of slot. However, in cases where there is extreme urgency, such matters may be mentioned in accordance with the directions contained in Circular No. 13\/Judl.\/2025 dated 20-05-2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">6. Hybrid system of hearing of the matters will be available, and the Members of the Bar\/Party in person may appear through video conferencing mode in an attire consistent with the dignity of the Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">7. If any Advocate-on-record\/parties-in-person cannot appear for any genuine reason in matter(s) listed before the Court, he\/she is allowed to circulate a Letter seeking for adjournment in accordance with the directions contained in Circular No. 12\/Judl.\/2025 dated 17-05-2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">8. The other conditions for listing of matters during the partial Court working days have already been notified vide Notice dated 15-04-2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-style: italic;\">21,651 miscellaneous matters (13,933 main and 7,718 connected) and 17,088 regular hearing matters (10,011 main and 7,077 connected were notified for listing during the
