The Target Company is a joint venture between Oberoi Realty Limited and Mr. Vikas Oberoi and is proposing to undertake development of a mixed-use real estate project over a 4-acre land parcel in Worli, Mumbai. As a part of the transaction, Oberoi Realty Limited and Mr. Vikas Oberoi also made further investments in the Target Company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The team representing Alpha Wave Ventures was led by <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Reeba Chacko<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Partner;<\/span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Kota Chandan<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; with support from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">George Kurian<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Principal Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Nilanjana Nair<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Jinal Mehta<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Partner<\/span>; in the real estate practice of the Firm along with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Yashvi Shah<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Senior Associate<\/span>; and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Anjali Kadam<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>; undertook title diligence of the underlying land and advised on real estate aspects of the deal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Oberoi Realty Limited, Mr. Vikas Oberoi and the Target Company were advised by a team led by <span bold;\">and Devanshi Gupta<\/span>, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Associate<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rishiraj Bhatt<\/span>, <span
