CAM acted as legal counsel to GMR Nagpur International Airport Limited (“Borrower”), a wholly owned subsidiary of GMR Airports Limited in connection with rupee term loan facility for an amount aggregating to INR 2607,00,00,000 provided by Tata Capital Limited (“Lender”) to the Borrower, for part financing the estimated project cost of INR 3725,00,00,000 and expenditure in relation to upgradation, development and operation of the brown field Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur, Maharashtra including civil, mechanical works, electrical works, terminal building, cargo facilities, runway and all project assets necessary for and associated with operation and expansion of the airport under a concession agreement executed between the Borrower and MIHAN India Limited (“MIHAN”).<\/p>\n
