The Prospectus was filed on April 30, 2025, while the listing happened on May 6, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Company is a pioneer in the Indian electric two-wheeler (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">E2W<\/span>&#8221;) market and designs and develop E2Ws, battery packs, charging infrastructure, associated software, and accessories. In Fiscal Year 2024, the Company was the third largest player by volume of E2W sales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Our transaction team was led by Partner, <span style=\"font-weight:
