Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised GPS Renewables Private Limited on investment by Sojitz Corporation in GPSR Arya One Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle set up under GPSR Arya Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPS Renewables Private Limited.<\/p>\n

The transaction was led by Alok Sonkar, Partner; with support from Karishma Jumani, Director — Corporate Transactions. Utkarsh Mankad, Senior Associate; Akansha Menghrajani, Associate; and Khushboo Bapna, Associate.<\/p>\n
