The Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, is elated to announce the conduction of a one-day workshop on ‘Access to medicines and 20 years of product patent protection: Challenges, Flexibilities, and the Way Forward’ on 26th April, 2025. The workshop, which will focus on the intricacies of the existing patent regime and its effect on the people, will consist of sessions by distinguished speakers from the Third World Network and Médecins Sans Frontières, two organisations that have championed the cause of social justice for decades.<\/p>\n
