After successfully organizing the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">1st NLU Meg NHRC National Moot Court Competition<\/span>, MCS returns with an even more exciting challenge this year!<\/p>\n<h3>About the Event<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2nd NLU Meg National Moot Court Competition 2025<\/span> is a stage for budding legal minds to showcase their advocacy, research, and oratory skills. Participants will engage in a challenging hypothetical case involving contemporary legal issues, crafting well-reasoned arguments before esteemed judges.<\/p>\n<h3>Theme<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Constitutional Law, FDI, E-Commerce, Fast Commerce, and Consumer Protection<\/span> and it will centre around a complex and contemporary legal problem, encouraging participants to engage with diverse aspects of law.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligibility<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Open to students pursuing a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">5-year LL.B.<\/span> or <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3-year LL.B.<\/span> program in India.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Each institution may send
