(Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in 2013. Since his enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi the same year, he has been actively practicing before the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court. He qualified as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India in 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">His professional experience includes being empanelled on various prestigious Government and institutional panels. He presently serves as Government Counsel for the States of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh before the Supreme Court. In addition, he is empanelled with several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as the Airports Authority of India, GAIL (India) Ltd., India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), and Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Mr. Singh also holds the position of Global Board Member of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Moot, organised by the Centre for International Legal Studies, Austria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-bottom: 3%;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/11-30_Standing-Counsel-Meghalaya-Abhikalp-Pratap-singh-1-266x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\"
