The two road assets developed under the National Highway Authority of India&#8217;s Hybrid Annuity Model are located in Haryana and Punjab and form part of 669 km Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway. CDS and Neo have entered into the Securities Purchase Agreements, <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">inter alia<\/span>, for acquisition of the entire share capital of the two road assets.<\/p>\n<p
