Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM<\/span>”) advised Logicap and Ecobox, backed by Rava Partners and Alta Capital, on structuring of a composite transaction for acquiring 4 logistics built and fully leased assets in Ranjanagaon, Pune and Sri City, Chennai, spreading across 3.6 million sq. ft., from Indospace.<\/p>\n
