Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. announced the appointment of Anant Dang as a Partner in the General Corporate Practice.<\/p>\n

Based in the firm’s Delhi office, Anant will advise clients on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.<\/p>\n

Dang has over fourteen years of experience in trusted counsel both within renowned law firms like AZB & Partners, Indian Law Partners and as a founding team member and General Counsel at Mensa Brands, India’s fastest unicorn.<\/p>\n

In addition to his expertise in M&A, he has successfully developed a practice in e-commerce and technology law advisory. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.<\/p>\n
